I'm a tennis coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 1,450 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
What gifts mean to Coach Cynthia: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
