For 19 years I've run the netball program at Fresno Football Club in Fresno. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Coach Crystal
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
