Coach Comfort
Martial arts and fitness coach, Awka
- 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
- Awka Football Club
- 1978 to 2005
- English, Yoruba, Spanish
For 27 years I ran the martial arts program at Awka Football Club in Awka. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
More about Coach Comfort
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Comfort: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
