- 🇨🇦 Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
- Oakwood Swimming Club
- Since 1978

For 48 years I've run the cross country program at Oakwood Swimming Club in Halifax. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
