For 41 years I've run the rugby program at Indore Elmwood Community Club in Indore. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Chhaya
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Chhaya: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
