Coach Chhaya
Youth martial arts coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India
- Elmwood Athletic Club
- Since 2010
- English, Hindi
I've coached martial arts at Elmwood Athletic Club since 2010. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Chhaya: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
