Coach Cherry
Coached hockey for 32 years in Cebu City
- 🇵🇭 Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines
- Since 1994
- English, Filipino, Spanish
I've coached hockey at Cebu City Starlight Community Club since 1994. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Coach Cherry: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
