Coach Chae-won
Youth rowing coach and mentor

I've coached rowing at Daegu Community Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
More about Coach Chae-won
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Chae-won: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
