Coach Carol
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Since 2000
- English
For 26 years I've run the boxing program at Manchester Eastgate Athletic Club in Manchester. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Carol
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Carol: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
