I'm a rugby coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,610 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Carmen
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Carmen: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
