I've coached gymnastics at Córdoba Starlight Swimming Club since 1981. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answer every email, even at midnight.

What gifts mean to Coach Carlos: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
