Coach Carlo
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇵🇭 Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Pasig Football Club
- Since 1999
- English
I've coached rugby at Pasig Football Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 12 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
