Coach Candra
Rowing coach, Surabaya Baobab Football Club
- 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia
- Surabaya Baobab Football Club
- 2009 to 2020
- English, Indonesian
For eleven years I ran the rowing program at Surabaya Baobab Football Club in Surabaya. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
What gifts mean to Coach Candra: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
