Coach Byung-hun
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea
- Seoul Boxing Gym
- 1990 to 2021
- English
I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 1,240 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I'm still learning every day.
What gifts mean to Coach Byung-hun: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
