Coached baseball for 14 years in Kano
- 🇳🇬 Kano, Kano, Nigeria
- Kano Swimming Club
- 1986 to 2000
- English
I coached baseball at Kano Swimming Club from 1986 to 2000. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Coach Bukola: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
