Coach Brian
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇮🇪 Kilkenny, Leinster, Ireland
- Kilkenny Sports Club
- Since 1989
- English
For 37 years I've run the chess program at Kilkenny Sports Club in Kilkenny. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Brian: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
