Coach Bolaji

Youth wrestling coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Awka, Anambra, Nigeria
  • Kilimanjaro Athletic Club
  • Since 2001
  • English, Hausa
For 25 years I've run the wrestling program at Kilimanjaro Athletic Club in Awka. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.

More about Coach Bolaji

If you played for me, you probably remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard.
