Coach Blessing

Youth cycling coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Lagos Sports Club
  • 1986 to 1994
  • English, Igbo
I'm a cycling coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 480 kids fall in love with the game. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Coach Blessing

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Blessing: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
