For 36 years I've run the cycling program at Maple Ridge Athletic Club in Faisalabad. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
