I've coached rugby at Hyderabad Sports Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Coach Bisma: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
