I'm a boxing coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 950 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Birgit
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Birgit: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
