Coach Beth
Youth hockey coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Since 2008
- English, French
I've coached hockey at Starlight Youth Club since 2008. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Beth
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Beth: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
