Coach Bennett
Coached boxing for 29 years in Vancouver
- 🇺🇸 Vancouver, Washington, United States
- Vancouver Athletic Club
- 1995 to 2024
- English
For 29 years I ran the boxing program at Vancouver Athletic Club in Vancouver. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Bennett
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Bennett: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
