Coach Bennett
Rowing and fitness coach, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Ashford Community Club
- Since 1983
- English
For 43 years I've run the rowing program at Ashford Community Club in Los Angeles. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Bennett
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Bennett: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
