Coach Beatrix
Martial arts coach, Johannesburg Riverside Athletic Club

I've coached martial arts at Johannesburg Riverside Athletic Club since 2004. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
