Coach Beata
Coached badminton for 34 years in Gliwice
- 🇵🇱 Gliwice, Silesia, Poland
- Since 1992
- Polish
For 34 years I've run the badminton program at Harbor Community Club in Gliwice. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Beata
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Beata: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
