Coach Basma
Wrestling coach, Giza Unity Sports Club
- 🇪🇬 Giza, Giza, Egypt
- Giza Unity Sports Club
- Since 1998
- English, Arabic
I've coached wrestling at Giza Unity Sports Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Coach Basma
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Basma: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
