For 23 years I've run the boxing program at Nairobi Redwood Swimming Club in Nairobi. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
