Coach Axel

Rugby and fitness coach, Albany

  • 🇺🇸 Albany, New York, United States
  • Albany Highland Boxing Gym
  • Since 2001
  • English
For 25 years I've run the rugby program at Albany Highland Boxing Gym in Albany. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
