Coach Auma
Athletics coach, Naivasha Boxing Gym
- 🇰🇪 Naivasha, Nakuru, Kenya
- Naivasha Boxing Gym
- 2004 to 2019

For 15 years I ran the athletics program at Naivasha Boxing Gym in Naivasha. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
More about Coach Auma
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Auma: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
