Coach Audrey
Basketball coach, Philadelphia Ashford Community Club
- 🇺🇸 Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
- Philadelphia Ashford Community Club
- 1995 to 2017
- English
I coached basketball at Philadelphia Ashford Community Club from 1995 to 2017. Most of my players were between 10 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Audrey
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Audrey: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
