I coached martial arts at Acacia Youth Club from 1980 to 1991. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.

What gifts mean to Coach Asif: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
