I've coached martial arts at Westbrook Sports Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Coach Ashok
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
