For 25 years I've run the gymnastics program at Quetta Athletic Club in Quetta. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.

What gifts mean to Coach Asad: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
