Coach Armando
Youth cricket coach and mentor
- 🇦🇷 Buenos Aires, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Buenos Aires Swimming Club
- 1982 to 2015
- English, Spanish
For 33 years I ran the cricket program at Buenos Aires Swimming Club in Buenos Aires. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Armando
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Armando: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
