Coach Arif
Youth rugby coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
- Andes Athletic Club
- Since 1999
- English
For 27 years I've run the rugby program at Andes Athletic Club in Bengaluru. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Arif
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Arif: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
