For 14 years I ran the athletics program at Syracuse Boxing Gym in Syracuse. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Aria
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
