For 38 years I've run the cycling program at Móstoles Swimming Club in Móstoles. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
More about Coach Antonio
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
