Coach Antônio
Coached cross country for 39 years in Caruaru
- 🇧🇷 Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Hillcrest Community Club
- Since 1987
- Portuguese, French
I've coached cross country at Hillcrest Community Club since 1987. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Antônio
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Antônio: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
