For eleven years I ran the cycling program at Stellenbosch Swimming Club in Stellenbosch. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
