For ten years I've run the football program at Coventry Westbrook Youth Club in Coventry. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
