Cross country and fitness coach, Medellín
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Medellín Maple Ridge Swimming Club

- Spanish
I've coached cross country at Medellín Maple Ridge Swimming Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
