I've coached cricket at Nha Trang Maple Ridge Youth Club since 2000. Most of my players were between 8 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Coach An: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
