Coach Amanda
Baseball coach, Acacia Football Club
- 🇧🇷 Olinda, Pernambuco, Brazil
- Acacia Football Club
- Since 2003
- English, Portuguese
For 23 years I've run the baseball program at Acacia Football Club in Olinda. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
More about Coach Amanda
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Amanda: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
