I've coached martial arts at Winston-Salem Elmwood Swimming Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
I'm still learning every day.
