Coach Alyona

Youth badminton coach and mentor

  • 🇷🇺 Saint Petersburg, Saint Petersburg, Russia
  • 2001 to 2021
  • English, Ukrainian
For 20 years I ran the badminton program at Saint Petersburg Youth Club in Saint Petersburg. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
