Coach Álvaro
Rowing and fitness coach, Monterrey
- 🇲🇽 Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico
- Monterrey Boxing Gym
- 2007 to 2019
- Spanish
For twelve years I ran the rowing program at Monterrey Boxing Gym in Monterrey. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turned anyone away.
More about Coach Álvaro
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Álvaro: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
