Coach Aline
Youth tennis coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Salvador, Bahia, Brazil
- Queensway Swimming Club
- 1978 to 1996
- Portuguese
I coached tennis at Queensway Swimming Club from 1978 to 1996. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Coach Aline: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
