For 36 years I've run the cross country program at Toulon Boxing Gym in Toulon. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
