I'm a hockey coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 480 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Coach Aleksandra
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Aleksandra: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

I still think about the quiz night we nearly won. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Akron.
